How we review platforms

GlobalDealScout reviews digital marketplaces based on publicly available information, user reports, and direct research. We evaluate platforms across multiple criteria including: marketplace reputation, category coverage, buyer protection, seller verification, payment options, delivery reliability, fees and transparency, user experience, and geographic availability.

Rating methodology

Our scores are based on a weighted assessment of the criteria listed above. Each platform is scored on a scale of 1 to 10. Affiliate commission or partnership status is never used as a ranking factor. Platforms with active affiliate partnerships receive the same evaluation as those without.

How affiliate links are handled

When we link to a platform we have an affiliate relationship with, we use properly attributed affiliate links marked with rel="sponsored nofollow". Every page with affiliate links includes a visible disclosure. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

How pages are updated

We regularly review and update our content to ensure accuracy. Each page includes a "Last updated" date. When significant changes are made to a platform's services, policies, or pricing, we update the relevant review pages.

Corrections policy

If you find factual errors in our content, please contact us at contact@globalDealScout.com. We will investigate and correct verified errors promptly. Corrections are noted on the affected pages.

Claims and verification

We do not claim personal testing of every feature on every platform unless explicitly stated. Our reviews are based on publicly available information, platform documentation, and user reports. Claims are marked as verified or unverified where appropriate.
